Our founders bring 30-years experience in the paving industry; as paving contractors since 1987, and as equipment experts since 1996. We handle the shipping and logistics to move the equipment, so you don't have to. We ship throughout the US, Canada and internationally. We currently have customers in over 30+ countries.

Our platform gives customers the unique ability to reach a large cross section of buyers from around the globe. If you've got equipment to sell, we will help you move it fast. We listen to our customers, provide innovative products and create solutions that deliver results. PavementGroup equipment brings innovation to the forefront. We recently added a computer monitor to our Stratos asphalt distributors, allowing real-time monitoring of application rate. Our STRATOS-X, hit the market January 2020 offering a fully computerized system, hydraulic pump and full-circulating spray-bar, providing precise application rate. For our pugmill clients, engineering listened and added a host of new features for industry specific needs. For salt mixing customers we've added 3L stainless components throughout and proprietary corrosion-resistant pugmills and bins. For our concrete customers, we've designed a 3-bin system with low side entry bins, bomb-bay pugmill doors for quick cleanout and a choice of pugmill from 100-750tph, on a road legal 53' trailer. Our SkidPatcher-X2 asphalt recycler rolls out in February 2020, with a host of new features.

2019- PavementGroup introduced its Certified Pre-Owned program for select qualified used equipment. PavementGroup became a dealer for REMU crushers and screeners, KASI Infrared and ZorbMORE absorbents, asphalt release and dust suppressants.
2014- Working with a world-class engineering firm and manufacturing veteran with over 50-year experience building pavement equipment, PavementGroup introduced its STRATOS asphalt distributor trailers in 400, 600 and 1000 gal capacities. The product has been a huge success. PavementGroup also introduced its line of pugmills, cold-feed bins and asphalt tanks.
2012- PavementGroup begins the development and manufacturing of the SkidPatcher asphalt recycler. SkidPatcher became an integral part of the US Airforce’s SUPR Kit, (Sustainment Pavement Repair) kit. The kit consists of a highly deployable Conex container engineered to contain everything necessary to rapidly repair airfield runway and other asphalt surfaces.
2002- Pavement Technologies International Corp (PavementGroup) was formed to allow a dedicated team to focus full time on serving an industry of equipment buyers and sellers. By 2006 the contracting business was spun off and PavementGroup continued to expand its new paving equipment lines and used equipment business.
1998- Reeves Enterprises became a dealer for Bagela asphalt recyclers, helping to grow the market for asphalt recycling equipment in the US marketplace. Reeves further diversified the businesses focus, offering other brands of pavement maintenance equipment as well as water trucks and roofing equipment. The company also began selling used pavement equipment and taking on consignment sales.
1996- Having significantly expanded its services and reach into the commercial sector, Reeves Enterprises Inc was formed, absorbing Siena Sealers, to better represent the full spectrum of pavement services offered. Services included sealing, paving, asphalt rejuvenation, crack filling, parking lot marking & striping, infrared repairs, catch-basin rebuilds, concrete repairs, asphalt recycling repairs, snow plowing, expansion joint repairs and general contracting.
1990 - Siena Sealers expanded into driveway paving and commercial repairs. Mark’s brother Ned joined the business after completing his B.S. in civil engineering at RIT in 1991. A dedication to quality work and customer service helped to spur the business’ growth throughout the 90’s.
The Early Days – 1987
PavementGroup’s company founder, Mark Reeves, grew up in Albany, New York, graduated from Siena College in 1989 and furthered his education through Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s executive management program. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Mark started Siena Sealers in 1987 during his sophmore year at Siena College.
